It is all about love and being caught by cupid for this article. I am sharing a great Valentine's Day Craft Ideas – Paper Arrows. These can be so fun to have around for Valentine's Day. You can either use them as decor, flower arrangement additions, or as a fun gift to your little ones with a sweet note attached to them.
Valentine's Day Craft Ideas – Paper Arrows
Here is the supplies to get shot with cupids arrow, or make one of your own.
Draw a heart on Valentine's Day themed paper.
Cut out the heart.
Using a hot glue gun, add a glob to the middle of the heart. Attach a stick to the glue, pressing down for a few seconds to make sure it is all secured.
Cut a tail shape out of another piece of Valentine's Day paper. Fold edges together.
Cut lines starting from the outside and going in, stopping slightly before getting to the folded center.
Slightly separate each strip to create a fan like look. It reminded me of when I drew pictures growing up and cut the paper on the bottom to create grass.
Glue the other end of the stick down the center of the crease.
You're all done! I now have three little cupids arrows to use around the house. As of now they sit in the middle of the dinner table in a Valentine's Day table setting, and I will be adding a sweet note each day for my three little kids. They have to learn about Valentine's Day and what it is all about, that it is all about love. These fun little paper arrows are a fun way to add a little bit of whimsical to any Valentine's Day set up.
I created a great Valentine's Day table setting by using these paper arrow's, a flat chalk board, and the Valentine's Day Glitter Mason Jars I shared before. It is the perfect centerpiece to a day full of love.
I think this adds a playful feel to the space, allowing the whole family to celebrate Valentine's Day together. The paper arrows added a fun vibe to it, allowing cupid to make his presence known at the table. So craft away, love, and ask someone to be yours!
