Unicorn Cake Batter Fudge Recipe

This cake batter fudge recipe has a smooth and creamy texture with the unmistakable flavor of cake batter, and every bite will literally melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:

White layer:

  • 2 cups white cake mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Pink layer:

  • 2 cups white cake mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • A few drops of pink gel color
  • Miscellaneous sprinkles

Directions:

  • Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine white cake mix, powdered sugar, milk, and butter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  • Add white chocolate chips, and mix everything thoroughly until chips are melted and everything is blended. Pour into your pan and flatten out.
  • Repeat steps with the second layer, adding in pink while mixing. Pour over your white layer, and smooth out.

  • Add sprinkles of choice, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut and serve!

The video shows milk added, your recipe does not mention it. I used 1/4 cup milk and they turned out great.
